One of the things I enjoy most about working at Flavorchem is seeing the owners’ dedication and enthusiasm for their business. I feel proud to be part of a company that has overcome many obstacles and achieve remarkable success in the industry.
One of my favorite things about working at Orchidia is seeing products on store shelves that I know contain our fragrances. We help make our customer’s products come to life and our people love to teach and learn the science behind the fragrances. You can really learn about anything involving fragrance if you are curious enough.
I enjoy that every department within Flavorchem actively works together and supports each other to meet a common goal. Flavorchem has a diverse workforce and shows appreciation and understanding towards employees and their families.
I started at Orchidia as a sample technician with aspirations of a more creative role within the group. From there, I went into Quality Control for a few years, working closely with our Production staff, before beginning to train as a perfumer in Research and Development. As an employee, I’m extremely grateful for moving up the way I did, as it allowed me to fully appreciate the work that each member of our group performs, and how we function as a team.
